Q: What ages do you offer dance lessons for?
A: At Roseville Academy of Dance, we offer classes for all levels and ages — from 12 months through adult! Whether your dancer is just beginning or looking to continue their training, we have a class to match their stage and interest.

Q: Do you offer trial classes?

Q: What if my child is nervous or unsure about class?
A: That’s totally normal! Our nurturing and experienced teachers are here to help every dancer feel comfortable and confident. It may take a class or two to warm up — and that’s perfectly okay!
Q: Can parents watch class?
A: Yes! Our lobby is always open to RAD families, and each classroom features observation windows or TVs so you can view your dancer’s progress weekly.
Q: How do I register for class?
A: You can register online anytime or visit us in person during office hours. Our team is happy to help you select the perfect class based on your dancer’s age, interests, and level.
Q: Is there a recital?
A: Absolutely! Our annual recital is the highlight of the season and a wonderful way to celebrate your dancer’s hard work. Details are shared in December/January. While most dancers participate, recital is optional.
Q: What’s your drop policy?
A: We require written notice by the last day of the current month if you plan to withdraw for the following month. If written notice is not received by the 30th/31st, you will be charged one final month of tuition, after which your registration will be canceled.
Q: What happens if we miss a class?
A: No worries! Makeup classes are available based on space and availability. Please contact the front desk to schedule a makeup.
Q: Do you offer competitive teams?
A: Yes! RAD is home to the award-winning RAD Dance Team. Team placement is by audition (held annually in May) and requirements vary by age and level. Let us know if your dancer is interested—we’d love to share more!
Q: Do you offer additional performance opportunities outside of the June recital?
A: Absolutely!
