All registrants are required to have a credit card on file in order to secure a spot in class.

Tuition will be charged to the credit card on file AUTOMATICALLY on the 15th of each month for the following months tuition. (For Example: Tuition for October will be charged on September 15th)

Registrants wanting to pay by cash, check, or an alternate credit card, must do so by the 14th of the month, or tuition will be charged to the credit card on file.

All declined/returned payments are subject to a $25.00 fee, and will be charged to the following months tuition.

*To avoid these fees, please remember to tell our front office staff if your credit card on file has expired, and we will update your account.

Tuition not paid by the 20th of the month, is subject to a $10.00 late fee. Dancers with past due accounts will be asked to observe class and will not be allowed to participate. Dancers whose accounts are 30 days past due, will be dropped from the class.

Tuition is the same every month and will not be pro-rated for missed classes, or observed holidays. Tuition is calculated based on the number of weeks in the session (August - June) and is divided into equal monthly payments. A list of studio holidays can be found by clicking HERE, and make-up classes will be offered to students who miss class within 60 days of the initial absence. We do not offer make-up classes for Winter Break, Spring Break, or Thanksgiving Break, as these are studio-wide observed holidays. Makeup classes are available for Halloween, Picture Day, Recital Day, Labor Day, and Memorial Day. Roseville Academy of Dance is open for all holidays not listed above.

Annual registration fee, along with first months tuition, will be due at the time of registration. Registration forms alone will not guarantee your dancer a spot in class.

 If you wish to add or drop a class, you may do so at any time. Added classes will be prorated depending on the date of enrollment. We do not offer refunds for any reason, so please let our office staff know that you will be dropping a class by the 14th of each month to avoid tuition charges. All drops must be documented in writing by note or email to the front desk.
