Parent & Me (Ages 18-24 months)
An introduction to the art of ballet in a nurturing environment. Children and parents begin to explore the world of dance through movement, music, and rhythm. Shake, rattle and roll to the rhythms of classical music, popular nursery rhythms, and much more. Your toddler will discover the joy of dancing together and creating a bond to last a lifetime.

Intro to Dance Program (Ages 2-3)

Every dancer’s dream, to be on the stage and in the spotlight, must begin somewhere. We just love giving them their start! This 30 minute weekly class consists of ballet and tap technique. We introduce them to the basics of dance movement and vocabulary, while they learn the importance of following instructions, learning to take turns, and being a productive member of a group class. At this age, fun is key! We want your young dancer to develop a love for dance that will stay with them for years to come. The first class of each month begins with a coloring page, and the last class of each month finishes with a monthly themed certificate and performance.

Recreational Program:

Our recreational program is our largest, most popular program, and is geared for dancers 3.5-18 years of age. We offer weekly classes in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Hip-Hop, Lyrical/Contemporary, Tumbling, Stretch, & Musical Theatre. Dancers will learn proper dance technique from the same teachers who run our competition program, learning terminology, building confidence, and increasing strength/flexibility, all while having fun, making new friends, and developing a passion and love for dance.

Competition Program:
Love to dance? Ready to take your training to the next level? Our competition program is just what you're looking for! Also known as our RAD DANCE TEAM, members of our competition program train a minimum of 2 hours/week, and compete at both local and national dance competitions. Our studio director, Cori Heckmann-Moody has a great reputation in the world of competitive dance, and can help your competition level dancer bridge the gap from the competition stage to the professional stage. We invite you to come see what makes our program the best choice for your competition level dancer. For audition dates and more information, please see the front desk for an information packet. All remaining questions can be answered by contacting our studio director, Cori, at: cori@rosevilleacademyofdance.com

Adult Program:

Dance isn't just for kids, we love teaching adult classes! Dance classes are a great way to relieve stress, stay healthy, and get in some much needed "YOU" time during the week. Come try your FREE trial class today. Our classes are fun, and require no previous dance training.
